Joro Equity is a Saskatchewan real estate investment business focused on identifying and acquiring properties that fit our investment criteria. We work directly with property owners who want to explore a direct sale.
Our Role
Joro Equity is not acting as your real estate brokerage, real estate agent or representative. When Joro Equity enters into a purchase agreement, it intends to act as a principal pursuing its own investment interests rather than as an agent representing the property owner.
Our objective is simple:
Evaluate properties, determine whether they fit our investment criteria and, when appropriate, propose a direct purchase.
Property owners should make their own decisions and may obtain independent legal, tax, financial, valuation or real estate advice before entering into a transaction.
Direct & Voluntary
Submitting your property does not obligate you to sell, nor Joro Equity to purchase. Every discussion is without commitment until a written agreement is signed.
Principal, Not Agent
Joro Equity acts for its own account and investment interests. We do not represent property owners as their agent or broker.
